Notwithstanding Sections 3.1.4 and 3.1.5, i. During an Early Collection Event, Collectable Waste shall be set out no later than 5:00 a.m. on the designated Collection Day.
- ii. Eligible Properties located in the Business Improvement Area
- (BIA) shall set out Collectable Waste, limited to Garbage, Organics, Recycling, and Special Waste, no earlier than 4:00 p.m. on the day prior to the designated Collection Day and no later than 4:30 a.m. on the designated Collection Day.
