Notwithstanding Section 4.1.1, Residential or Multi-Residential Properties with Residential Units each having a dedicated Driveway with independent egress or ingress from a Street may be provided service at a quantity and frequency of a single unit Residential Property at the discretion of the Designated Municipal Official.
