Notwithstanding Section 4.2.1, existing Residential or Multi-Residential Properties receiving Curbside Collection on a Private Road not meeting the Waste Management Design Standards on the day of passing shall continue to be eligible for Curbside Collection. The property shall be eligible for said services unless the Private Road is deemed unsafe or unsuitable for Curbside Collection by the City.
