Boulevard Maintenance and Highway Obstruction By-law

If an Officer determines that an Owner or Occupant of a property has failed to maintain a Boulevard that abuts the Owner’s property, the Officer may issue an order requiring the Owner or Occupant to maintain the Boulevard in accordance with this By-law.
