No Person, in carrying out a business Licensed under this By-law, shall with respect to any person being guided or assisted by a service animal:
- (a) refuse to service the person;
- (b) refuse to permit the person to enter with the animal into or upon any place or premises to which the Licence relates; or,
- (c) refuse to permit the person and such animal to remain in or upon such place or premises by reason only of the presence of such animal. PART XXI – SCHEDULES AND APPENDICES
