Brampton : Règlement no 165-2022, art. 48.2(1) — Property Standards By-law

Despite any other provisions of this by-law, where it can be demonstrated that the Heritage Attributes of a Property cannot be repaired, the Heritage Attributes shall be replaced:

• using the same types of materials, design, finishes, form, physical appearance, colour, texture, grain, and other distinctive features and qualities of the Heritage Attribute(s) being replaced;
• and
