Abandoned Application
Where an application for a pool enclosure permit remains inactive for a period of six months from the date of application it shall be deemed to have been abandoned.

- 4.2 Permit The Chief Building Official shall issue a permit for a pool enclosure where the application submitted complies with the requirements of this by-law and all applicable regulations and by-laws or approvals. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Chief Building Official shall not issue a permit for the pool enclosure unless the proposed location of the swimming pool and the pool enclosure complies with the Zoning By-law and any other applicable regulations, by-laws or approvals
