Signs and flags for production home builders shall be temporary in nature, and shall be removed upon:
- (a) Completion of the subdivision for which it is advertising;
- (b) Removal of the temporary Sales office for which it is advertising;
- (c) Residential occupancy of the model home for which it is advertising; or Office Consolidation – Sign By-law 399-2002 –
- (d) Three (3) years from the date of approval of the building permit, whichever comes first.
