24. Every licensee shall, upon demand by the Issuer of Licences, a provincial offences officer or a police officer:

a. allow the Issuer of Licences, provincial offences officer or police officer to review the on- screen information for the register; and b. print out or otherwise copy the register or any part thereof and provide such to the Issuer of Licences, provincial offences officer or police officer.
