Owner – defined “owner” means all persons shown by the records in the Registry Office for the Registry Division of Brant No. 2, to be the owner in fee simple of the lands on which the business is operating, including any buildings on the lands, or the authorized agent in lawful control of the lands on which the business is operating, including any buildings on the lands.
