- 326.3.5 Compliance - all provisions – Chapter Every applicant and licensee shall be responsible for full compliance with all provisions of GENERAL PROVISIONS -LICENCES this Chapter and shall be responsible for the due performance and observance of all the provisions of this Chapter by all other persons in or upon the premises, or with whom he/she enjoys a contractual relationship in respect of the premises in relation to which the business is carried out
- 326.3.6 Compliance - Zoning By-law Without limiting the generality of any other provision of this Chapter, where any premises are to be used for a purpose requiring a licence, the requirements of the City of Brantford Comprehensive Zoning By-law #160-90 must be observed by the applicant before the licence will be granted. Additionally, every licensee shall at all times comply with the City of Brantford Zoning By-law #160-90 in the operation of a business to which this Chapter applies
- 326.4.1 In writing - form - fee – requirements Every applicant shall apply in writing, on a form provided by the Issuer of Licences, and shall deposit the required licence fee with the Issuer of Licences at the time of application
- 326.4.2 Issue - licence - prior to payment – prohibited The Issuer of Licences shall not issue a licence until all fees required pursuant to this Chapter are paid in full
