Caledon : Règlement no 2019-43, art. 9.16 — Wherever an order issued pursuant to this By-law, directs or requires any matter or thing to be done by any person within a specified time period, in default of it being done by the specified time period, remedial action may be initiated by the Director or a Town designate and the Town may recover, from any person directed or required to do the matter or thing, the costs incurred through a legal action or by adding the costs to the tax roll and collecting them in the same manner as property taxes
