No property shall have a fence, retaining wall, vegetation, or any other encumbrance which encroaches into the vertical area contained within 0.914 and 2.4 meters above the finished grade of the abutting highways, and is within the triangular area indicated below, refer Figure 1.1 Intersection Sightline Triangle, attached to this Schedule.
