Compliance Every Owner of a Premises located within a Downtown Area or BIA shall:
a. comply with all applicable Downtown Area or BIA collection requirements established by the Director; b. ensure Waste is set out only at approved Collection Points or Common Collection Points; and c. maintain Carts in accordance with this By-law and any additional standards prescribed for Downtown Areas or BIA areas.
