Every person to whom a Permit is issued under section 1 shall:
- permit the inspection by the Fire Department of any site where the fire is being, is proposed to be, or has been conducted, and
- (c) comply with all guidelines governing the conduct of the open air burning, and such directions as may be given by a member of the Fire Department with respect to the fire.
