- (a) No track shall be erected upon a parcel of land having an area of less than forty-five acres, and such parcel of land shall be fenced with a fence of height of at least four feet constructed of standard heavy weight 9 gauge wire farm fence or heavier.
- (b) In addition to the aforementioned fence, the Licensee shall also place chicken wire along the farm fence from a point commencing at the pit area to the northern boundary of the property.
