Hamilton : Règlement no 07-170, art. 2(4) — Licensing By-law (Short-Term Rentals)

Where a licence has been issued or renewed subject to the fulfillment of a condition imposed by the Director of Licensing or the Licensing Tribunal, and the applicant or licensee has failed to fulfil such condition within the time specified, the applicant or licensee shall pay an additional fee of $100.00 before the licence may be continued.
