Hamilton : Règlement no 07-170, art. 21(1) — Licensing By-law (Short-Term Rentals)

Any and all names on the taxicab owner’s licence Priority Lists for the former City of Hamilton and the former City of Stoney Creek, existing at the original time of passage and enactment of By-law 03-128, May 28, 2003, shall be transferred to the Priority List of this Schedule and in the same order of priority as was in existence at such (18-040) time.
