Access to Software or Platform A PTP shall be required, if requested by the Director of Licensing, to create anonymous passenger and driver accounts to be used by Municipal Officers for inspection purposes to ensure compliance with this Schedule.
Insurance 25.(1) Every PTP shall obtain and maintain while licensed under this Schedule the following minimum insurance requirements:
