When a person has had his or her licence revoked or suspended under this Schedule, he or she shall not refuse to deliver up or in any way obstruct or prevent the Director of Licensing or Municipal Officer from obtaining the licence and the owner’s plate in accordance with subsection 29(1) of this section.
