Where, by the transfer of issued shares in, or by the issuance of new shares of, a corporation holding one or more taxicab owner’s licences, the controlling interest in such corporation is sold, transferred or acquired, such licence or licences shall be deemed transferred, and the parties thereto shall comply with the requirements in this Schedule in respect to a transfer of the Issuer of Licenses may issue a new licence or new licences upon payment of the prescribed fee.
