31 General Health and Safety The operator shall ensure that:
Where the operator has not given a individual the notice under subsection (1) and the individual has been admitted as a tenant, the operator shall give the individual a letter in a form approved by the Director of Licensing and the Medical Officer of Health, which contains the information set out in subsections (1) and (2), within seven days after being directed to do so by the Director of Licensing.
