Every broker shall post in a conspicuous place in their place of business, clearly visible to the public, the City customer complaints/compliments hotline telephone number and follow-up and resolution process prescribed by the Director of Licensing. ADMINISTRATION AND ENFORCEMENT 54.(1) This schedule shall be administered by the Director of Licensing, with delegation of (18-040) the enforcement to any Municipal Officer.
