Where the application is for a building repairs contractor’s licence, the application shall include:
- The members of the Building Repairs Examining Panel shall hold office for the balance of the calendar year in which they have been appointed and until their successors have been appointed, unless their term is terminated sooner, for cause, and shall receive remuneration for their services as may be fixed by the Council.
