An operator shall notify the Director of Licensing of the name of the business owner whose adult services entertainment establishment they intend to operate at the time they obtain their licence so that their licence may be endorsed accordingly and the operator shall notify the Director of Licensing to have the said endorsement amended before operating any other such establishment.
