Notwithstanding anything else in this By-law, for the purpose of investigating compliance with the By-law, the Director may audit or examine all books, records and any account, voucher, letter, facsimile, and electronic or other document held by a Short-Term Rental Broker or Operator that relates or may relate to information that is or should be in the person’s books or records.
