Hamilton : Règlement no 10-118, art. 7(2) — Yard Maintenance By-law

No owner or occupant of property shall obstruct or permit the obstruction of a private drain on their property, provided only that the subsequent connection of their property’s private sewage system to the City’s sanitary sewer in a manner approved by the City shall be permitted as a replacement to a private sanitary drain.
