No permit shall be issued unless:
- the permit application form is complete, including any additional plans or other information if required under subsection 8(a);
- (b) an inspection is complete if required under subsection 8(b);
- (c) the pool and enclosure proposed in the completed permit application form is in compliance with all applicable provisions of:
- (i) this By-law;
- (ii) other City By-laws including but not limited to the Site Alteration By-law, the Site Plan Control By-law and the Zoning By-laws;
- (iii) a City development or redevelopment approval, including an approved grading plan;
- (iv) the Ontario Building Code; and
- (v) any other applicable legislation.
