The date of receipt of any notice shall be deemed conclusively given on the day it was received by personal delivery, at the beginning of business on the third Business Day after it was mailed by registered mail or on the day sent by fax if sent on or before 4:30 p.m. on a Business Day of the receiving party and on the next Business Day of the receiving party if sent by fax after 4:30 p.m.
