- 9.23 As an alternative to a charge for an offence under this By-law, a Municipal Law Enforcement Officer may issue an administrative penalty notice for any contravention of this By-law
- 9.24 In the event that any provision or part of a provision in this By-law is found to be invalid or unenforceable then the particular provision or part thereof shall be deemed to be severed from the remainder of the By-law and all other provisions To Repeal and Replace By-law No. 09-067, as amended, being a By-law to Provide for and Regulate a Waste Management System for the City of Hamilton or parts thereof shall remain in full force and effect and shall be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law
