Hamilton : Règlement no 23-162, art. 30(3) — Property Standards By-law

If an appeal is taken, the Committee shall hear the appeal and shall have all the powers and functions of the officer who made the property standards order and may,

• (a) confirm, modify or rescind the order to demolish or repair;
• (b) extend the time for complying with the order, if, in the Committee's opinion, the general intent and purpose of this By-law are maintained.
