Hamilton : Règlement no 23-162, art. 31(11) — Property Standards By-law

Where an officer determines there is compliance under this By-law with a property standards order issued and registered on the title to a property, the Director on behalf of the City Clerk shall forthwith register in the land registry office a certificate that such requirements have been satisfied, which shall operate as a discharge of such order.
