Kingston : Règlement no 2007-136, art. 5.1 — The Director or an officer may, by order, sent by registered mail to the owner, lessee or occupant of the land or structure, or by regular mail or by personal service, or by placing a placard containing the terms of the order in a conspicuous place on the property (and the placing of the placard shall be deemed to be sufficient service) require the owner, lessee or occupant within the time specified in the order

The Director or an officer may, by order, sent by registered mail to the owner, lessee or occupant of the land or structure, or by regular mail or by personal service, or by placing a placard containing the terms of the order in a conspicuous place on the property (and the placing of the placard shall be deemed to be sufficient service) require the owner, lessee or occupant within the time specified in the order:

• to clean or clear up the grounds, yard or vacant land, to remove from the grounds, yard or vacant land any objects or conditions that might create a health, fire or accident hazard, or to remove from the land or structure, refuse and waste material of any kind to cease using the land or structure for the dumping or disposing of, refuse and waste material of any kind; to cover over, screen, shield or enclose the refuse in the manner prescribed by the Director. to remove any compost container, or compost, that is infested with rodents or which is otherwise found to be not maintained in a clean and sanitary condition to the satisfaction of the director. to cease using any land or structure for storing motor vehicles for the purpose of wrecking or dismantling them or salvaging parts from them for sale or other disposition in contravention of Subsection 4.13; to cease using any land for storing or parking any recreation vehicle in contravention of Subsection 4.14; and/or to remove from the land any inoperative motor vehicle in contravention of Subsection 4.15
