No person shall park a vehicle that is greater than 6 meters in length in a paid parking zone described in Schedule A-1, A-2, and Schedule E unless the person has paid the parking rate for that zone, as set out in the Fees and Charges By-law 2005-10, for two parking spaces for the period that the vehicle is parked.
