Kingston : Règlement no 2010-128, art. 6.8 — Parking By-law

Despite any other sections,

no person shall park a vehicle:

• Within 3 meters of a hydrant, measured laterally along the roadway, unless the hydrant is located at least 5 meters from the roadway;
• within 15 meters of the nearest rail at a level railway crossing;
• on a bridge or in a tunnel or underpass;
• beside a parking, standing or stopped vehicle so as to "double park";
• or, on or beside either side or end of a median strip.
