Kingston : Règlement no 2010-128, art. 8.6 — Parking By-law

Despite Sections 4.11, 4.12, and 6.19 of this by-law, a person employed by Addiction and Mental Health Services – Kingston, Frontenac, Lennox & Addington, Home Base Housing and other City approved agencies operating a vehicle while actively engaged in providing street outreach services is exempt from:

• the requirement to pay the parking rates in paid parking zones on City streets and municipal parking lots;
• and the daytime parking prohibitions as set out in Schedule G-2 to this by-law.
