Every Person using a Waste Management Facility shall obey all signs and directions from City and contracted staff.

- 6.6 Any Person entering upon a Waste Management Facility does so at one’s own risk and the Owner of any vehicle brought upon such site shall save the City harmless from any damages or claims whatsoever to themselves or their property or to any other Person or property whatsoever arising from such Person’s negligence or otherwise
- 6.7 Any Person entering onto a Waste Management Facility shall abide by all policies and procedures relating to the operation including but not limited to the sorting of Wastes, payment of Fees, general and posted health & safety precautions and anything else described in or prescribed by this Bylaw
