When associated with Tree replacement, financial securities shall be deposited with the City and will be held for a minimum of two (2) years after planting. The securities will be released upon the City's confirmation of the survival of the replacement Tree(s) beyond the two (2) year period. If replacement Tree(s) do not survive the two (2) year period, the City may draw upon the financial securities to execute the replacement of any unhealthy or deceased Tree(s).
