Every person is guilty of an offence as provided for in the Provincial Offences Act if the person:
- contravenes any provision of this by-law;
- hinders, obstructs or interferes with the Director or a provincial offences officer in the exercise of the Director's or the provincial offences officer’ s powers and duties; or hinders, obstructs or interferes with a person authorized by the Director to do an act in the exercise of that person's authority to do the act.
