No person will keep on any premises:
- refuse, garbage receptacles, animal excrement or compost in a manner that becomes a nuisance by creating offensive odours or attracting wildlife or pests, including vermin, rodents or termites;
- or any substance or materials stored in a manner that becomes a nuisance by emitting offensive odours.
