Kingston : Règlement no 2023-214, art. 9.11 — Community Standards By-law

No person will move a vehicle that is equipped with metal cleats, including cleats with rubber inserts or pads, flanges or tracks on its wheels or roller onto or along the highway unless:

• the vehicle is being carried on a float or trailer;
• or

a preventative pad is laid across the portion of the highway to be crossed; or the City's Director of Engineering Services, or their designate, has otherwise approved the movement of the vehicle.
