If in the opinion of the delegated authority, a variance request is deemed worthy of consideration but not minor, the application will be processed as a by-law amendment that will be presented to Council for its consideration.
Council decisions on amendment requests would be final. By-law 2011-099, 27 June, 2011; By-law 2019-141, 16 December, 2019.
