Placement of yard material including fall leaves at collection point - times - restrictions
Occupants shall ensure that all yard material collection receptacles containing yard material including fall leaves for removal by the collector, shall be placed at the collection point before 7:00 a.m. local time on the Monday of the designated collection weeks for yard material and fall leaves as identified by the City Engineer.
