Land described in this section need not be treated to prevent the raising of dust or loose particles and the accumulation of mud in:
- a) Land s subject to an active site plan or subdivision agreement;
- b) areas zoned open space, environmental protection or agricultural under the City’s Zoning By-law; and
- c) City owned parks and open spaces.
