“ Personal Services Establishment ” means any individual or business providing a personal care, hair dressing, grooming, esthetic, beauty, or similar service including but not limited to following:
- nail care, shoe shining, shoe repair, tattooing, aesthetics, micro-pigmentation, laser hair removal, electrolysis, body piercing, ear piercing, and tanning, but does not include a body rub parlour;
