a penalty in the case of Persons, other than a corporation, not to exceed $25,000.00 or imprisonment for a term not to exceed one year or both; and
- (b) a penalty in the case of a corporation, not to exceed $50,000; and, By-law 2018-90
- (c) an order closing the Premises which are the subject of the contravention for a period not to exceed two years.
