Newmarket : Règlement no 2017-62, art. 25.1 — Property Standards By-law

Every Occupant of a Dwelling in that part of the Dwelling that he or she occupies or controls shall:

• 1) limit the number of Occupant s thereof to the maximum number permitted by this by-law;
• 2) maintain all plumbing, cooking, refrigerating appliances and fixtures and all storage facilities and other equipment therein in a clean and sanitary condition;
• 3) keep all exits unobstructed;
• 4) maintain the same in a clean condition;
• 5) co-operate with the landlord in complying with the requirements of this by-law.
