Newmarket : Règlement no 2017-62, art. 29.1 — Property Standards By-law

No Owner, nor anyone acting on his behalf, shall disconnect or cause to be disconnected any service or utility providing light, heat, refrigeration, water or cooking facilities for Residential Property occupied by a tenant or lessee, except for such reasonable period of time as may be required for the purpose of repair ing, replacing or altering such service or utility.
