All plumbing, drainpipes, waterpipes, Plumbing Fixture s and every connecting line to the Sewage System shall:
- 1) comply with the requirements of all applicable governmental regulations; 2) be maintained in good working order free from leaks or defects; 3) be protected from freezing.
