All installed Plumbing Fixture s:
- 1) shall be kept in good repair, in a clean and sanitary condition and every Sanitary Unit shall be so located and enclosed as to be easily accessible to and provide privacy for, the Person s using such Sanitary Unit s; 2) shall be connected to a Sewage System; 3) shall be provided with an adequate supply of running water and such fixtures as washbasins, showers and other fixtures at which hot water is required, shall be provided with an adequate supply of hot water at
a minimum temperature of 49 degrees C (120 F).
